What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 9 October 2026.
In short
This website doesn’t use advertising trackers and doesn’t sell your information. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. The only personal details we receive are the ones you choose to send us on WhatsApp or by email.
What we collect
Messages you send us. The project brief on the contact page isn’t stored on this website. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with the message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send there. Once you send it, we receive your name, phone number or email address and whatever you wrote.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider’s servers log basic request information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. We don’t use these logs to identify you.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see anonymous usage statistics: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type, how you arrived at the site, and which buttons were clicked (for example, the WhatsApp button). Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. It doesn’t tell us who you are, and we don’t use it for advertising.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the work you ask for. We keep project conversations for as long as we’re working together and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
Third-party services
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Visit statistics are processed by Google Analytics; you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on. WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider handle any messages you send under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to count visits. WordPress may set strictly necessary cookies for site administrators only. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email admin@nxtgendevops.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
