Your office and lab, ready on day one
From the empty room to the first commit. We plan the space, build the network, prepare every laptop, rack the lab machines and set up the accounts, so new joiners sit down and start working.
Sound familiar?
Most new offices open on the red lines. Ours open on the green ones.
- New joiners wait a week for a laptop and their logins.
- Laptops are imaged, encrypted and signed in before people arrive.
- One Wi-Fi password, shared with guests, written on a whiteboard.
- Separate staff, guest and lab networks behind a managed firewall.
- Test servers sit under a desk, with no backups and no remote access.
- A racked lab with monitoring, backups and secure remote access.
- Five vendors for space, furniture, internet and IT, and nobody owns the whole thing.
- One team plans and coordinates it, from the floor plan to the first deploy.
What you get
Pick the parts you need, or hand us the whole move.
Space and fit-out planning
We help shortlist the space, then plan seats, power, cabling and meeting rooms, and coordinate desks, chairs and fit-out with your landlord and vendors.
Office network and Wi-Fi
Two internet lines with failover, a managed firewall, switches, access points and VLANs for staff, guests and the lab. Documented, with admin access handed to you.
Laptops and devices
Laptops sourced to your budget, imaged, encrypted and enrolled in device management with the software your team needs. Printers, displays and meeting-room screens too.
Labs and self-hosted machines
Server racks, build and test machines, hardware labs, virtualisation and self-hosted CI runners, set up by a senior systems administrator with 30 years in networking and lab setup.
Accounts and access
Company email, single sign-on, GitHub, Jira and VPN, so every joiner gets the right access on day one and loses it on their last.
IT support after move-in
A monthly plan for the network, devices and lab: updates, backups, monitoring and someone to call when something breaks.
