DevOps for startups, set up properly in 14 days.

CI/CD, artifact management, automated server setup, monitoring and a runbook your team can actually follow. Built by a senior team with 7, 20 and 30 years in DevOps and infrastructure, at a price a seed-stage startup can say yes to.

This is the setup you leave with. Every push is built, tested, scanned, versioned and deployed without anyone touching a server.

What changes after the setup

Most early teams don’t need a platform team. They need the basics done right once, so shipping stops being scary.

  • Deploys happen from one developer’s laptop
  • Every merge to main deploys itself, with a one-click rollback
  • Passwords and API keys shared in Slack and .env files
  • Secrets live in a vault and are injected at deploy time
  • “Works on my machine”
  • Same Docker image runs in dev, staging and production
  • You find out the site is down from a customer
  • Alerts reach your phone before customers notice
  • Only one person knows how the server is configured
  • Servers are scripted with Ansible and reviewed in pull requests like everything else
  • Jira tickets and releases never match up
  • Commits, builds and deploys link back to Jira automatically

The toolkit, chosen for your stage

I work with the tools I’ve run in production for years, and pick only what your team will actually maintain. No over-engineering, no lock-in.

CI/CD with GitHub Actions or Jenkins

Pipelines as code, reusable workflows, self-hosted runners when you need them, and branch rules that keep main deployable.

JFrog Artifactory, self-hosted

One place for Docker images, npm, Maven and PyPI packages. Versioned, promoted between environments, and on your own servers.

Atlassian Jira, wired in

Boards and workflows that match how you work, with builds and releases linked to tickets so status updates itself. Jira & Confluence →

Python automation

The boring jobs, scripted: backups, environment cleanup, cost reports, release notes and on-call checks.

Fourteen days, start to handover

A fixed scope and a fixed timeline. You see progress in your own repo every day.

Questions founders ask

We’re only three engineers. Is this overkill?
No. Small teams benefit most, because nobody has time to babysit deployments. The setup is sized to your team: a three-person startup might get GitHub Actions, Docker and a single VM with automatic deploys, not a Kubernetes cluster.
Do you need access to our production systems?
Only what the work needs, through accounts you create and can revoke at any time. Everything is built in your GitHub, your cloud account and your Jira. You own all of it from day one.
GitHub Actions or Jenkins: which should we use?
For most startups on GitHub, GitHub Actions is simpler and cheaper to run. Jenkins makes sense if you need fully self-hosted builds, complex build farms, or you already have it. We decide together on the first call.
Why self-hosted JFrog Artifactory?
It keeps your build artifacts and Docker images on infrastructure you control, gives you one registry for every package type, and makes promoting a tested build from staging to production a single step.
What happens after the 14 days?
You get a runbook, a recorded walkthrough and 30 days of support. After that, you can run it yourselves or move to a monthly retainer for upgrades, on-call help and new pipelines.
Can you work with teams outside India?
Yes. All the work is remote, and calls can be scheduled to overlap with your working hours.
